Delivery is free on all orders over ৳3,000.

Pay in cash when your order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready if you can. Online payment with bKash, Nagad and cards is coming soon.

We'll call you to confirm your order before it's dispatched.

You can exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if:

• It's unworn, unwashed and has its original tags attached.
• You have your order number.
• It isn't an unstitched fabric piece or innerwear.

To start an exchange, contact us with your order number and the size or item you'd like instead.

Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person. If something is damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll replace it at no cost.
